Design & Development
During the development phase, requirements and desires of the customer are taken into account by our engineers – creating a system that provides heat exactly where it is needed. For design optimization of our systems, we offer CFD and icing simulations based on the latest software and simulation technologies available.
Prototype Testing
Professional test sequences including complete documentation may be performed for the purpose of product optimization or certification. Over the years, we have developed a broad network of renowned testing centers. For different kinds of icing tests, Villinger R&D works in close cooperation with RTA icing wind tunnel in Vienna.
Production
Villinger R&D is specialized on the development and actual realization of innovative heating systems. Our production system is optimized for technology-intensive manufacture, characterized by quick realization of orders and high quality systems.
Certification
The role of Villinger R&D during the product-, or system certification process varies from complete certification to certification assististance.
